Julius: A Dog's Tail

It was December 2005 when I first saw “Julius.” Could it be I was finally ready to bring a best friend into my life? This would be my very first pet. This little 3 month old Australian Silky Terrier (½ Yorkshire Terrier and ½ Australian Terrier) was about to change my life. And boy did he ever! All of a sudden I was feeding, walking, bathing, and more! But it was all worth it in exchange for the unconditional companionship and a great playmate! As the weeks passed our bond became stronger and Julius became more and more outgoing! It’s amazing how he befriends other dogs, adults and children on his own. He has become quite popular around the neighborhood.  We went everywhere together, even to Miami for Super Bowl XLI!
